東京スカイツリー®地区地域冷暖房施設（株式会社東武エネルギーマネジメント様）東京都

2012年5月22日にオープンし、新たな東京の名所として日々にぎわっている東京スカイツリータウン®。その地下にある東京スカイツリータウンとその周辺建物・施設10.2ヘクタールに熱供給をしているこちらのプラントには、世界最高クラスのCOPを誇る高効率ターボ冷凍機RTBF型と、国内における熱供給施設では初めての採用となる、ヒートアイランド抑制に貢献する地中熱利用システムの熱源機としてRHSDW型スクリューヒートポンプチラー、大気を熱源にしたヒーティングタワーヒートポンプRTDS型をそれぞれ１基づつ納入いたしました。

"Tokyo Sky Tree Town", was opened on May 22, 2012, became one of the famous places to visit in Tokyo. ERS installed one set each of RTBF as one of the high efficient COP (Co-efficient Of Performance) centrifugal chillers, RHSDW as the first heat-source of the system in Japan utilizing subterranean heat to minimize heat island phenomenon, RTDS as heating tower heating pump utilizing atmosphere as heat-source. Yearly COP is reached at 1.362, the highest level as domestic heat supply system in Japan since the open. Annual first energy consumption amount is reduced by about 44%, compared to individual hear source. Approximately 50% reduction is reached in CO2 exhaust amount, compared to the one, estimated in the way of individual heat source.
