RTCS/RTCF SERIES HIGH-EFFICIENCY CENTRIFUGAL CHILLER (USING LOW-PRESSURE REFRIGERANT)

Models with large capacities ranging from 375 to 2500 USRT are available, which support a wide range of applications from use in large buildings to industrial use.

Product outline

  1. Uses low-pressure refrigerant HCFC-123 (RTCS series) or HFC-245fa (RTCF series)

    The chiller provides high cycle efficiency, contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
    The chillier using low-pressure refrigerant is exempted from regulations imposed by the High Pressure Gas Safety Act. It can be shipped as separate modules for easy transportation and requires no qualified personnel for operation.

  2. Energy-saving series with a COP of 6.0 or more, while providing the highest performance in the industry

    With a 3-stage compression/2-stage economizer cycle and high-performance heat transfer tube, the chiller provides improved cycle efficiency.
    The unit has a compressor connected directly to a motor, minimizing mechanical loss (no gear loss). Equipped with an optional inverter, the unit also offers improved partial load characteristics.

  3. With improved maintainability

    Because of the adoption of ball bearings, the chiller operates with a smaller amount of lubricant and provides highly reliable operation.
    In addition, the chiller has a new intelligent control panel that improves the system reliability and facilitates operation control.
